If you don't know what it means, it basically means i will not be eating any food at all, i'll only be drinking water. It's pretty much a detox diet, the last time i did this, i was doing this for 5 days straight, i lost around 4.5 kilos (9 pounds) in 5 days. Wish me luck, it's gonna be a hell of a ride.
