i hear about this accs (off-site) minimum 30-40m(07) / accs  that was about half year ago

Most accounts are botted in past than has recent bans from delays. Reason why prices are so low nowadays

takeoff offered to sell me an account for 10m. And all the offsite offers i've seen are 8-12m
