its pretty simple, maybe the proxy does not work, contact the supplier

oh yeah, if the proxy has username and pass you need to check that box

It means your proxy port closed the proxy is not good anymore, no one knows why this happens it just happens randomly to any proxy. Either that or you are typing something in wrong. Anyways the best thing to do would be to contact Virmach and let em know and he will replace it for you, but most likely if your having an issue connecting to the proxy through that port which it looks like happen means the port is closed.
