just bought a proxy - what am i doing wrong?

I type in all data for the proxy, then press play and it shows me this :

Chances are you didnt buy a socks 5 proxy, and bought a http proxy instead.

i got the one for 5$

 

It means your proxy port closed the proxy is not good anymore, no one knows why this happens it just happens randomly to any proxy. Either that or you are typing something in wrong. Anyways the best thing to do would be to contact Virmach and let em know and he will replace it for you, but most likely if your having an issue connecting to the proxy through that port which it looks like happen means the port is closed.

i got everything sorted out, did some random things and everything works fine now! thank you guys! :)
