Hypothetically speaking, my Main account I play and bot every now and then on is like 10 years old.

 

1) I've never received any infraction from oldschool runescape.

 

2) My last infraction was for macroing, however it was back in 2010 way before EOC.

 

So, like the title says. If I were to get cought for botting on old school, would I get a 48hr or perm ban? They do still give out 48 hour bans, two of my friends have gotten them within the last month...

Jagex only give 2 days or perm nowadays AFAIK.

idk, i got a perm ban tanning hides on a 7 year old account with no priors..

It'll be a 2 weeks ban or so, i doubt that you'll get a perm ban, unless you have an army of bots in your ip.

It all depends, beings you have a prior, chances are you'll get a perm

I was safe after the 2 day ban, but it also gives Jagex the time to get into it more so the chance is there.

dont bot if you dont want to lose the account u will prob get a perm
