So the script opens up the pouch and just stops? what spell you using and what runes you have in the pouch? ill copy and see what's happening

I was using fire wave. I had a mystic smoke staff and had blood runes in the pouch. I tried to just have the blood runes in the inventory without the pouch but it deposited them. It doesn't stop the script it just gets stuck in a loop opening and closing the pouch.

When script is done repairing barrows armor, it has trouble teleporting back to nmz

Similar issue for me as well, open pouch and doesn't do anything. Can you also support ice barrage for this? 

So ideally:
- Inventory support for blood + death runes (Since Kodai wand)

Is it possible?

I found a way - if you select water blast and take air runes in your inventory it works. I have 10 air runes, 40k deaths, 20k bloods & 60k waters as a test and select water blast when setting up the script. You can only start the script when you get in NMZ and will work for 1 run. You'll have to manually set it up each time you go in. Getting around 140k Xp/Hr with full god robes & nightmare staff, Occult, mage book & tormented bracelet at 95 mage. Inventory includes 5 overloads and 19 prayer pots.

As a further note - i'm autocasting barrage*
