I am pretty sure it's one of those that stand in GE and indirectly asks for money in a dignified way. I have seen few of those. 

with my idea i have in mind im pretty sure it could make around 500k/hr, id be willing to pay a scripter to make a private one for me if they would.

you guys realise you're just preying on the good willed people of rs ultimately degrading the community to a further extent than it already is. not a good idea in my opinion
