seen this new thing that rangers spec two times after eachother a spec with the MSB.

i am wondering how can you do that or see that ur spec bar is going up

I think this involves two accounts and the other account gives you special attack on lunar spells, correct me if you are talking about another method

Might be a game tick timing trick (?).

You can upgrade MSB using an upgrade scroll from the BH shop to do this.

it is a scroll you purchase that gives you the ability to change msb spec to 50%, you can get it in the G.E or at bh rewards store

Hey! So in the middle of a fight for example, if youre 90% spec. As soon as you hit 100% itll take a certain amount of time for 10% regen again. So about 1 second before that regen you use your first spec, then itll regen and you use your second. Very similar to double korasi specing back in pre-eoc. Usually they will have a timer etc in the middle of a fight so this can be acheivied, personally I think its alot of work for a double msb spec.
