Whats the difference between dedicated server (with windows OS) and VPS server with linux? Other than the OS.

Bought proxy, works great

Buying a proxy, the last proxy provider sold me proxies that had already been pre-used and resulted in 8 banned accounts and a loss of $54. Hoping this will work out better. 

 

EDIT: Went to add on Skype, entered the name from OP  - two Skype accounts came up. Which one is real?
