Where in Perks do you see that buying sponsor allows you to advertise?

Message @Maldesto if you want to advertise. 

Sponsor on its own is basically VIP for six months with a few added bonus (none of which include advertising).

Lifetime sponsor is basically sponsor forever as the name implies and in the likely event, the site is up for another year+ this is the most cost effective package.

Like Asuna said contact Maldesto regarding advertising privileges.
