Malle Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Two of my bot farmers have been banned in the span of two days. How long is an IP flagged for? Nobody can tell you how long JaGex flags an IP for, better off getting a fresh proxy instead of waiting.
Epsilon Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I think they are flagged for ever I see no reason as to why Jagex would ever 'unflag' an IP. It probably is flagged forever like Oliver said.

I'd also like a better understanding over what a flagged IP is. Does it basically mean that Jagex will overwatch my account on a more constant basis than non-flagged IPs?

When jagex is looking for bots to kill they would go through the priorities. Which in this case I guess it would be IP's who have already been caught botting to stop the gold farm. Usually F2P accounts in common goldfarming places get banned super fast. From my experience I've trained an account combat stats for 7 hours and when it comes to mining clay insta ban
Mumble Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Some proxy sites are intensively flagged by jagex already. There's like 3 big ones to avoid. I cant remember them off the top of my head.
