Panda Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 1. Tele to karamja using glory, and go west and you will see the guy (west of the f2p lobbies place). Guy with a backpack and stick. 2. Third floor of the Port Sarim Jail. 3. Wilderness north of the Lava dragon isle , near the gate, I believe its like 46 wilderness. Guy named william. THose are the three packages you have to deliver, and where to deliver. Reward is fake dragon claws. You can't wield them, and when you try to wield them it does the emote of dragon claws spec but its just an item used an an emote. 1
