Is this allowed? I mean, you could've just hit the report button or PM'd a staff member instead of publicly pointing out that a member has been spamming. It could affect his display negatively on other people

no its good he spreads it, if hes looking for a quick scam hes gonna spam to 100 and quickly get there.
