I use OVH, idk if its good or cheap but it's the first thing i found on google and it's the first thing i know that works for what im trying to do ;p

Do Doric's quest for the 10 mining (takes less than 2 seconds if you have all the items, just buy from GE)

Then do The Knight's Sword for the 29 mining (takes like 10-15 minutes if you have teles)

Then smith 27 iron bars and there you go 30 mining.

 

After you have the requirements, start the Giant Dwarf quest.

Load your account up with a couple thousand iron ores and coal ores and the bot will do the work.
