Oliver
What is your traditional meal you have at Easter ? Please add the location. For me, from Austria, Carinthia it is "Osterreinling and "hartes würschtl" , eggs, tongue, horseradish and ham. As I assume that you don't know Osterreinling and hartes würschtel, here are two pictures Aaaaannnndd I am hungry...

GSC
Wow never saw this b4, is it sweet? The taste is kind of hard to describe. It's confusing. Definitely a little sweet because it has heaps of sugar and syrup in it but the aftertaste is pretty sour, almost beer-like (because it has malt in it). I think rye bread is pretty rare outside of Finland too but if you've ever tasted it, Mämmi is a bit like sweet rye bread seasoned with malt in a porridge form. Well, that sounds weird, but it's kind of an acquired taste really. But it's not as bad as it looks. Edited March 23, 2015 by GSC
