I've owned this script for a long time, ran it last night on a main account that never had any botting done on it, disabled today

An account which has never botted and you played a lot by hand on it is more vulnerable to botting, so if you botted the same as a fresh acc the chance of banns would be higher.
Decrease bot times and increase break times/frequency to prevent banns on mains accounts
