Yes. Lots of people visit them manually for empty training spots and such :)

385 is one of them for f2p. I use it for playing legit on crowded spots since it's empty there

Sweet, was just confirming because i have a feature implemented in all my scripts to hop from these worlds was just making sure they are still a thing :p
