Depends if your playing a half-ass legit account. Or a botted from tutorial island account that you just created. Normal an account that is older and has been played legit will last a whole lot longer. Also depends if your ip is flagged, as well as how many accounts you will be botting on a single ip. There are a lot of variables. But if your playing an older account, play it legit for a few days then start bottting on it you should be fine for a long time. Just don't be stupid about anything.

Start you account legit, and once you get your combat level, or total level up, then I suggest you can start botting. I've botted 10+ hours a day for several days in a row, and haven't been banned once. 

I just got back into the game, tying to play legitimate forever on my new main. My old one got banned. I'm running another account that I'm planning on botting about half of the time. Well see how far I get :P

Ban rate is very low. Bot range guild, rock crabs, and catherby fishing all together one night for a 24 hour span.
