This script is being tested using my account, My account has jumped 1.3m XP over maybe 4-6 hours tops.. But the testing for this began at like level 46 cooking, my account now has 78 cooking. 1

Hassan at the Al Kharid palace may also give free jugs of water if the player has not completed Prince Ali Rescue. Jugs can also be found at their spawn points in the basement of Lumbridge Castle, the Crafting Guild, theCooking Guild (top floor), and some other kitchens. Jugs can ONLY be filled with water from sinks and fountains. Jugs cannot be filled with water from wells."

You could probably bot 38-99 on wine in less than a week. 1
