Why don't you handle it in the script ? 

i can,  im just throwing out suggestions.

getCombat().isPoisoned() ?

just returns true when you are poisoned. Im talking a method where you can execute a widget interaction. just like how prayer orb has one to turn on and off. Hp orb is green you can interact with it and character automatically drinks any potion in your bag.

if a player is poisoned and they have the orbs open. If you click the hp orb it will auto drink a potion.

On recent thought, I've decided against this in favor of it being handled by the scripter for various reasons.
