i'd say they will go for 6-10m/set

After a couple years all rares will increase so even if the event makes the party hat's increase it'll go up.

I've not bothered hunting for p hats, nor do I really have the means to buy them at the minute so I'll fucking flip if they announce after the drops that they're being discontinued! 

unless the discontinue is confirmed, they will crash :l

I think in winter will be come many new members and they dont got any rares so i think prices will go up already in 6months.

If Party hat prices will rise/fall in the future.

No, they're junk and won't happen same as in eoc did. People either buy them to merch them or one buy partyhat to show off. When updates will come, partyhats will become useless and replaced with other items. 

 

Mod Mat also said, they are not discounted items and players will be able to obtain them on holiday events. His decission is also final.

Maybe a little but then during christmas they'll be distributed again and crash, and this will be a yearly cycle.. they should be discontinued.

I wish they were discontinued, but yeah like everyone else has said above sadly they will crash.

 

I am hoping Jagex will go back on their word though and they turn into a discontinued items, but the chance of that is close to none.
