Using 64 bit Java & Waterfox 64 bit

Getting this message;

"Could not open stream connection"

 

Windows 8.1 x64

 

Tried the following browsers:

- Firefox

- Chrome

- IE

I tried with with 32bit Java ONLY installed and got the same issue. using Chrome:

 

Windows 7 Ultimate.

Cannot seem to load with x32 either

I have the same problem.

 

I tried java 7 and 8 both 32 and 64 bit versions. The browser I tested on was 32bit chrome
