Here are a couple locations you can start a bot over night from in hopes of finding a spawned one. Friends of mine recorded these after the update today.

These are from a thread on the rs forums and none of them are right smh.

Here's a confirmed one, in yanille dung, but you need 67 agility to get too.

 

This was around 4 hours ago, left to blow sht up for the 4th.
