I used to listen to quite a few bands that went by that genre, but now I rarely hear about it. Could just be due to most of my friends listening to rap and what not I'm mostly a progressive metal kind of guy now, although I listen to a lot of disco and pop, including Michael Jackson (one of my favorites).
