I have the data from an Iphone app. Of course i am not sure if it's correct but it motivates me to stay smoke free.

Also i noticed that i can smell and taste better since a few days. My cloth don't smell and i got nearly zero pimples.

Please notice:

I know that 17days is nothing, i also know that i can't call me a non smoker yet.

This thread is here to maybe get some other people to stop smoking.

I never noticed that you can save so much money. Also i feel better in general.

For emergency (e.g if i am drunk as hell) i got a pack of Snus, not sure if you know it. It's not good either but only as i said if i am drunk as hell.

Add: I tried the electronic cigarette and it helped me in the first 3 days. Then the liquid was empty and i did not order more.

Well done 0liver, I hope you keep this up and your health and overall well being improve further!

Thanks var :)

Yes i would also like to do a bit more sport and #eatclean!

Not for weight loss, just to feel healthier ...

The short term reward(s) of not quitting outweigh the long term reward(s) of doing so, that's how addictions work (and the human body in general).

Nice stats, but those aren't going to force any brains to not crave nicotine anymore (sadly enough).

Gratz on not having smoked for 17 days though, been there, it get's easier!

Gl!

Edit: my ava shall be your daily temptation, consider it a test mald.png

Yeah I feel you on that, I want to do it however being at university I have a hell of a lot of spare time on my hands and with boredom I feel like that's when I tend to smoke more, the time to quit for me will be when I am busy. Hopefully sooner rather than later!

You can do this 0liver. lets goo

1 pack a day? That's hell a lot.

Hope you can quit smoking. I smoke about 2 a day because I really need it to relieve stress.

If you think 1 pack a day is a lot i know people who smoke 40-50 cigarettes a day.

Considering the components a cigarette contains, 1 pack is a lot :P
