When I try to post a thread with images I have take & uploaded it gives me the message "you are not allowed to use this image extension on this community" ?

I guess you mean if you want to post a couple of images in the same post?

Add ".png" to the end of the image url, if not already present.

I used .png & it didn't seem to work so i then used jpg & it worked :o

You need to use imgr, I had this problem gyazoo doesn't work when you try to post pictures into threads regrettably =(

Sorry I just saw you said it worked but yes switching websites worked for me.
