When I go to the doctor I just tell him it hurts and he hasn't a clue of what I am talking about. That is what you are doing.

 

Can you please provide the console logs and be less ambiguous.

Try to re download it

I'm having the same problem, isn't working. What should I do?

The solution is very simple actually. The first thing you want to do is download the official 'Java-remover' program by Java. After you've done that you want to return to Java and download their latest version. This should fix your problem!
