In stead of blocking off the entire community for them, show ONLY the appeal section, so they don't have to create another account, because if they create another account they are also able to post, and that means ban evading and that means ur in deeper shit, right mald?

Yeah, that's a good idea. Idk why it is the way it currently is when there's an option for this.

 

Or they could just allow the use of a guest account and if they're banned have them post as a guest instead of creating a whole new account.

It's a reasonable suggestion, but most people who get banned for scamming had deceitful intents from the beginning. In short, they probably plan on ban evading anyway.
