Just private message someone else to deal with that. I hope Target gets banned for it, before he scamms again. Just make new topic and post pictures of the chat + private message.

You have to follow the format to reporting, follow it and it will remain up and an investigation will begin.

first of all he closed before i could even see this. 2nd tbh let him scam again just because i didn't use the stupid ass template. Maybe then some one will actually listen.  Him getting banned doesn't do shit for me unless I get his 100$ donor or something.
