Explanation: so we made a deal 5 bonds for 1.15M ea , i said lets go in 2 times so first time 2.3m i was gouing first, afther the trade was complete

he dithent came to the world for the bonds and then he left the skype conversation and removed mee

If the user is willing to refund you then yes you can however if they do not respond we will need to ban them and you won't be able to unfortunately.
