I've never tried NMZ and I finally have time to try out this method, by full dharok's does that include the axe? And also, if you want to train range at NMZ, what's a good setup?

yes it includes the axe. for ranged just pick the best gear you can wear at your level and budget

So i discovered this aswell when it was a relatively unkown method and maxed 2 acc's out with this but recently i tried maxing a third and got banned pretty fast so i feel like the banrate on this method has gone up quite a bit. (just throwing out a warning for ppl thinking about doing this to max their mains, dont risk it if u cant afford it!)

What do you mean "as it was" just set up a mouse recorder. I got 1-99 in all melee stats in 3 bonds with a few days leftover. I just sold the account

no, prayer will not drain, because you don't keep rapid heal on, you flick it. 

 

I think dharok will give better xp, but you'd have to test it out urself
