Why it should be removed: User doesn't even reply to communicate to receive the other items that I missed upon holding while order was completed. Then he leaves another feedback for "slow service" when 20 hours of botting was done the next day when he ordered...

 

Details: Order was done the day after yet he complains about "slow service"

Also mentioned that I may have missed some items since I had some of the items myself.. meaning it would be in the same tab combining with mine. Screenshots were not working at the time idk why. Gyazo was being stupid.

He won't even show a screeny and leaves me another negative feedback and doesn't even reply to my pms..

Why wouldn't you take a screen shot, since it is your service not his. He is trusting you to do the right thing, how often do users actually take screen shots before the service. You are the one doing the service, you are responsible for transferring the items he wants not saying gyazo won't work as you can use paint and just save the screen shot. Just because gyazo is down that doesn't mean you can just take his items.

like i said, I don't mind giving him back the rest of the items that he wanted. well that he mentioned in the pm, he just don't respond to the pm.

 

also i didn't just take his items. the order he wanted was a botting order. it was held in case of bans on account. -

Since he felt the need to leave multiple feedbacks, I went ahead and removed both of them.  You also told him you probably forgot items several days before he mentioned it. Just give him back his stuff once he gets back to you.

Give him 24 hours for a response + pm him on the forums once move giving him 24 hours or you are off the hook and may keep the items. Not going to have this open for any longer.
