I submitted for the advertising thing on August 23 and today she said the payments were sent. I did not receive ant payment (12$). Has this happened to anyone else?

you had to register on august 26 and after, that's why.

Everything was perfectly fine for me, even got the payment a day early. I'm sure that something has gone wrong.  ( Did you sign up via his thread?)
