Is there any people out there that hasnt got banned before? If not, what is the longest period of time, without getting banned? What is your secret? How many hours/day you bot etc. Discuss. 

If someone has a "secret" to not getting banned, why would they discuss it?...

I've been botting for a long time without any bans

 

My secret: bot no more than 4 hours a day, and use high quality scripts.

 

Also lots of breaks seem to do me pretty well (who sits in front of their screen for 6 hours straight doing the same menial task over and over without stopping).

Hehe yeah, but would you say that use only premium scripts? Free ones no good?

Look at free ones, see the usercount? I wouldn't touch a free script with a 10 foot pole (let alone a 5 foot one). If you've got that many people using a script it'd be bound to be dangerous. Nonetheless buying a premium script doesn't make it safe to bot, by no means. I personally only used my main on premium scripts but unfortunately it was banned (although it was actually being used by another scripter at the time ( i lent it to this scripter to test his script), and i believe he was testing his script on it for extended periods which was what lead to the ban, even though his script was still in development and he was at the time the only user ofcourse).

I botted for about a year on a skiller getting 5 99's and close to 6 (99 herb) I thought I was unstoppable but one day. BAM, account gone. You never know if you should carry on or stop while you can.

This is probably most important thing on botting now days...

I botted 3 months with no bans, 8-10h day without breaks...then I switched to another low quality script, 1 day of 5h botting and i'm banned on 2 account..

I don't bot anymore, my main got banned several months ago and since then I'm fairly scared to bot. I got banned once on the account I currently play on so I'm never botting on it again.

I botted for 13 months. Read my guide under Runescape Bans, I do exactly what I stated in there.

 

Everything you did I did it 50% just to be carefull and still, all accounts got banned.

 

I think it's strange that you can do high alch for hours straight doing it legit, and if you do the exact opposite with a bot you get banned.. even when you baby sit it. I don't think it's about the bot itself but i think it has something to do wth the client.
