Anyone bodybuild?

I'm not a bodybuilder by any means, however I do enjoy working out. I really started to buckle down and get to the gym at least 3 times a week this summer so my maxes have greatly improved. Currently my maxes are about:

  1. 235 bench
  2. 315 squat (never squated until 2 months ago)
  3. 315 deadlift

Not good, but not terrible either (in my opinion) :p. Care to share any good workouts?

OT: I've started hitting the gym as well. Gained 15 pounds, mostly muscle in the past few months.

Wow its his money? And he can buy anything he wants?? 

What a great explanation. Oh yeah and when did anyone ask you HIS reason for buying lifetime sponsor?
