My account was banned in october this year due to botting. I had a pretty rare and awesome name, that I would really like back. I was wondering if there was any way for me to transfer this name onto another, new account, and start over.

If so, how much would that cost me?

I doubt that's possible unless you can get the account unbanned.

isnt jagex implementing a thing where you could change your name. To names that people uses to have, dont play anymore, or is banned. 

Dont the banned accounts get removed from hiscores? Maybe someone already took that name?

My account got unbanned few days Ago surprisingly , so we don't know that for sure

And it as a perm not a 2 day
