If so link me to the dispute.You posted saying he's been banned about two weeks ago and you already forgot? LmaoStaff should reimburse the one who got scammed.It doesn't work that way, sorry. However unfortunate it may be, it's still his fault for going first to the guy... He should've used a MM instead if going first.
