Explanation: Bought a level 122 account off of Newports, got confirmation through Skype. He then gave me a log in and password, tried it, didn't work. He has been ignoring me after the fact and I now have lost another account due to scams.  Also never received email for email switch.

Just so I get the notifications as I was involved with the trade, I'm gonna post.

Newports has failed to respond within the 24-hours, he has been banned. If he wishes to return he will need to give a full refund/the account back.
