Are jagex still giving a 2 day ban for a first offence and then a perm ban for being caught after a 2 day ban?

yeah if the account is more than 2 weeks old, it should get 2 days.

If they have evidence of you've botted on same IP/Host or used same emails for the account or in any way link them together, they will most likely be a perm ban first time. As far  as I've encountered.

My accounts get banned relatively new and it's always a perm. Actually never had a 2 day ban ever. Guess I'm just unlucky.

First ban is usually 2 days, but any further offences are normally permanent.  

 

 

I think if you're botting RS3, its different, but I'm not 100% sure.

Responses here are very wrong.

 

It's like always a perm straight away regardless of account age.
