Must have XYZ to buy gold

Featured Replies

I think that Chargebacks are way to easy and way to common. I think that in order to be able to purchase gold you must have a certain amount of feedback, a paid rank, or something because 95% of the time if someone has less than 5 feedback and just joined, gg your profit.

I'm literally scared to sell gold to half of the people that ask me. .-.

Or you could just not sell gold to people who have low feedback...?

I don't sell gold to 80% of the people that ask me.

This is for people who trade anyway.

If you get chargebacked it's your own fault for trading with some random leech.

No support from me, the seller of the gold has to decide whether to sell his/her gold to a specific person.

I see where Jordan is coming from. But, you can take precautions to avoid it. For example, you can do what some of the bigger gold sellers do, like request ID sent from the paypal email to ensure it's them, etc. I know Arcus requires even more information than that, they require you to phone them and give details or something. All I'm saying is, if you want to sell gold occasionally, you should sell to trusted people only. If you're gonna consistently sell gold, you should develop your own system like asking for ID sent from paypal email or whatever you know will ensure you'll win the dispute. (Anyone that is willing to give ID etc and follow your instructions is very unlikely to dispute anyways).
