i am looking for advice on how long it will take to make a lvl 85 mage account and aprox what it willbe worth? other stats dont matter

Doing the totally afk method you could make it in about 5 and a half days. Not sure how much they sell for though.

Depends on what you could alch to 85, cost you about 50-150gp per alch. 

55-85 needs 48k alchs at 100 loss each = 4.8m

Thats alot of clicking to do. 

hmm i invensted from 60 like 11m, then i got back 4-5m i think. dis got me 60-85.
