Will most likely be a 2nd dispute, has no relation to this one because they were not "hacked", they were banned after created before I even got on them. Not sure why this was even approved.

I think @Divinity's thread was posted AFTER the service was completed so I don't think those rules apply in this case! @Divinity will most likely reply soon.

In light of the events that happened and after discussion with the Staff team, there is still insufficient evidence, it was also your responsibility @ToothFairy to change the password of the account once the service was completed.
