Hey, I've already tried to compromise with furky by giving him esentially 2 days to create 2 new accounts with me paying for the bonds on both of them. He has disagreed. Furky is a very good worker, one of the best workers on osbot. This is the only problem I've had with him after using him for about a month. He had finished the accounts and PM'd me on skype the details, however I was at the arena so I hadn't tried to log onto them until 12 PM EST Today. When go to runescape.com to change the password I click account status and see that they are both already perm banned for marcroing when the only time I was on either of them was just to receive the bond.

Will most likely be a 2nd dispute, has no relation to this one because they were not "hacked", they were banned after created before I even got on them. Not sure why this was even approved.

Ok so from what I'm understanding Divinity think's that when your account gets recovered, that the name change would not be reverted back to it's previous state of not being hacked. However it does get reverted back to it's previous state.

I'm not turning this into a ragefest, that is what happend. I have posted evidence to show that is what happend. I don't know why you are acting delusional when the evidence is right in front of your face.

It makes plenty of sense, he was using the account to bot what I was botting. Why do you think all of the accounts were logged in at that spot? Why do you think the account had been banned for botting while I wasn't on it? Why do you think he changed 1 of the account names to Teppei NMZ?

What error does it give you? What you gave us doesn't give any useful information.

Just got my 2nd account back Picture of 2nd account upon login Proof that the account was hacked, not a password reset So now that I have access to both accounts I'm just looking for my 9M refunded for that one account, because I don't have proof of the other account. Also 1M or a bond for the time lost due to the worker having possesion of both of my accounts for about a week each = 1 bond.

Well my accounts don't receive 48 hour bans anymore. They're all perma'd now.

This is not a password change this was an account recovery. Jagex doesn't give the IP out of people on my account I've asked multiple mods so what you're asking me for is impossible The ban the account had wouldn't have been quashed if it had just been a password reset.

There are some errors with his automated welcome message not sure if I was the only one to receive it like this.

Well I submitted an appeal and I got this back This proves that my account was in fact hacked, because they reverted the name back to what it originally was (I didn't change it). The account is now unbanned, and this is what is left on the account. Note: In the most recent screenshot of where it had 9M on it I was wearing nothing, in the picture when I just logged in I'm wearing equiptment as well

Would you like me to get every person that has ever done an NMZ account for me to come on the forums and vouch for me that the account has some sort of the word "Variation" in the name from day 1?

Well the picture is on the account before the name was changed by your worker. I can un-filter it for you if you'd like.
