We aren't giving them glow and we aren't changing the color. If they want to have a different color/glow work for it or donate for it. If they are in the ex staff group they have been voted in and deserve it, other than @Ely she is in it without a vote due to her situation. 

 

I totally see no error with that, you've made your point clear.

 

Also, can you change the color to something more cute ? It'd be greatly appreciated.

Giving us ex-staff an ugly color is like kicking us to the curve sad.png
