It's harder to get an idea in your head, and expectations are so high for them.

That's not bad at all my friend! Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll master it eventually. Try to make the background match animate so that the text of the layout comes alive.

I figured out the issue with the image not showing up for me.

In my personal opinion I'd suggest keeping a free shop open until you feel as if your talents have reached a professional level, which is entirely up to you to decide. I wish you the best of luck, and if you need any help I'd suggest contacting users such as @Chris for graphical assistance.
