I bought Nezz's Runecrafter script less than an hour ago and it is not showing up in my scripts.  I have tried refreshing many times, restarting osbot, signing in and out, refreshing many times more, and it still won't show up.  Here's a screencap of it going through my Paypal:

Yep, refreshed in the free and premium tab many times.

 

Also, wanted to note that I have purchased two scripts before and both were added immediately and worked well.
