Not surprised. I was 90% sure he was a ban evader or scammer or something tbh.

He had multiple accounts, all of which had several IP's already banned on them.

 

The fact that those IP's were already banned, means he must have been a vader of some sort.

A few of them were even black listed for forum spam.
