I didn't add those in because the bann rate on thoser are extremely high while doing agility, you are better off stun alching for 15 min than alching for 1h while doing agility tbh

I would love to add the suggestion that with Nardah runs, you can buy Choc-ice by Rokuh in Nardah. In my opinion the better alternative to food + waterskins.
