It's missing the marks of grace on the varrock agility course, i've watched it click over to get it then click right next to it miss it a couple of times then keep going. Did it 2-3 times. Each time i've manually paused the script to get it then have it keep going.

Yes, like on the start on the course. Sometimes tree laps in a row, and then fifteen without stopping.

When i fall off the log in the wilderness course it goes back up the ladder and just stands there.

I noticed that too, after a while the bot somewhat freezes at start of the course, the log. To resume the bot you have to move your mouse manually and the bot will fix itself. I dont use that course anymore and it wasnt a major problem for me so i didnt report it, but i noticed it as well. 

It might be an afk system you have? where the mouse moves off the screen for 15-45 seconds then resumes for more anti-ban but i might be wrong ^.^
