Explanation: I merch accounts so I always buy many accounts from people. If its someone with low feedback like this guy then I only buy with paypal so I can chargeback if recovered. If its someone with high feedback then I don't hesitate to pay with 07 gp. So yeh. I bought the account with paypal and a week later it got recovered. This is the first time that an account I bought got recovered. I didn't know how this chargeback system worked so when I try to report a transaction in paypal it says the transaction is not goods and services. I only lost $25 and I know it is not much but I hate the feeling of being scammed. I hope you can solve this. Thanks!

Evidence: There is evidence that I bought the account of him. As he stated his skype name on the screenshot on the "Thread Link" line we have the conversation of the purchase taking place. This was posted on 3rd june 5.45 pm. He added me on sykpe to talk to me about the account on 3rd june 19.04pm. That just looks abit suspicious in the way that he just recovered his account from someone and then sold to me and was thinking of scamming someone else too. Sorry for the long dispute. I hope I didn't waste much of your time. Thanks

The user has been banned, sorry for your loss. In the future just be careful of who you are trading with, we have a 100 post count rule when Buying/Selling accounts, I know you have already spoken to @Dex so in the future if you forget please refer to this guide.
