They test from various data centers using various amounts of packers and various methods of calculating speeds. 

 

But yeah I use Xfinity as well and fuckinng love it. Fast as fuck, brb downloading 2GB movies in 10 minutes. Not sure why everyone bitchs about Comcast

I have Optimum and it's pretty nice.

And i kinda hate it, because in house where i live i can`t get optical internet that`s available else where Down500/UP500 Costs around same ~25$
